- You are kindly requested to let the reception know the expected hour of your arrival.
- The Reception is open from 8.00AM to 6.00 PM. In exceptional cases, it is possible to check in until 8.00 PM with no additional fee. A late check in, incurs an extra fee.
- Rooms are available from 2.00 PM and should be vacated before 10.00 AM. If you arrive earlier or wish to depart later, we will be happy to store your luggage in a designated room.
- Guests will be given keys to their rooms and the entire building. A € 50.00/key fee will be charged for lost keys.
- You may return to your room in the evening at any time. However, you are required to respect your neighbours’ right to rest. Loud and noisy behaviour in common areas is prohibited.
- A continental breakfast will be served in the dining room every morning (Saturday included) from 8.00AM till 10,00AM.
- The rooms are cleaned daily. If you want to have your room cleaned, we ask you to vacate it before 11:00AM on weekdays and before 9.30AM on Sundays.
- We change linens every third day
- Payment in cash is required upon arrival. Regrettably, we cannot accept cheques nor grant credit to our customers.
- For guests’ own security, it is forbidden to bring in unregistered persons into the rooms and apartments.
- The Management is not responsible of personal belongings left unattended. We recommend you use the safe which should be left open upon checking out.
- For guests’ own security, it is not allowed to use personal electric devices such as iron or electric cooker or devices with free flame such as candles or gas cookers. Common rooms are equipped with electric kettles and microwave ovens for your needs. Upon request, the Management will be happy to arrange laundry and ironing of your clothes (at extra fee). Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Pets are not allowed.
Non compliance with the bylaws will lead to the immediate removal from the premises. You will be charged the whole amount as determined by your reservation and no reimbursement will be issued for the unused period. You will also be charged for any damages caused to the premises or other people in the building. We will do our best to accommodate your special needs and requests.
